Beatriz Peluffo is a Professor in Social Sciences, Ph.D. in Law and Social Sciences (Universidad de la República – Udelar);

Beatriz also has Master Degree in Economic Development (Universidad Internacional de Andalucía España) and specialist in knowledge management for Higher Education (Universidad de Chile). Dean of the School of Science Education of the Universidad de la Empresa and associate professor at the Universidad Tecnológica del Uruguay.
