Aristóteles Moreira Filho holds a Ph.D. in Economic, Financial, and Tax Law from the University of São Paulo (USP); Visiting Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance, Munich, Germany, in 2016 and 2017-2018, developing research in the areas of innovation law and tax law. He is the author of the book Innovation Law: Taxation, Technology, and Development, published by Quartier Latin (2023).
