Seminar on Public Services Quality and Law 13,460

The event was held on June 21, 2018, from 08:30 to 13:00, in the former University Council auditorium of the University of São Paulo

The Centro de Estudos Sociedade e Tecnologia (CEST) held the seminar “Public Services Quality and Law 13,460” to discuss whether this law, known as the “Public Services User Rights Protection and Protection Act”, can really bring about some kind of significant improvement for Brazilian citizens regarding the public services quality improvement in Brazil. The event was supported by Brasscom, InternetLab, Brazilian Quality Academy, IEEE (Brazil South Section), Escola Politécnica da USP and Universidade de São Paulo.
